WotLK waiting too long for ticket

i made a ticket everyday for 3 day straight,it always say high volume of petition,i wait like 7-10 hour for every day,cant get a single GM to whisper to me

in most cases you have to be online when the gm gets to your ticket. if you log out you gotta start the whole process over the next day. you can try pm'ing a gm on the forums, but not sure if that'll help any.
