Twinking level 19

Hello everyone. So for a while I have been wanting to twink on level 19. I really want to play night elf hunter and I want to ask you. Which server is most populated with twinks lvl 19? And is hunter good at twinking on lvl 19? Thansk everybody :D

lordaeron seems to be the best option because of the amount of leveling players stucked between 10 to 30
if you see Lililililili (not sure how many "Li"s) or anyone from bad to the bone at stormwind, ask them for invite, the guild has around 10 to 15 players online at evenings

i would definitely recommend other ranged classes like mage and warlock instead of hunter because hunters push leveling players into quiting BGs
flag runners also can be really fun, but they are harder to gear

I actually don't like casters xD I could go for rogue other than hunter. If he is viable and good. Thanks for reply :D
