WotLK Problem with totem

I had start playing shaman when Outland has been realese, but stop at lvl 40 and dint play it for 2-3 month, and now i dont have water totem, dont know if i drop it on purpes or something else, but is there any way to get it back?

I think totems were made to be unable to be dropped exactly because of this. You say you stopped for 2-3 months - are you sure you had completed the water totem quest? Check if you left it in the bank or something. If not, you have two options: ask a GM to add it or wait until you get a totem relic (from dungeons or Outland quests) - they count as all 4 totems at the same time.
