Anyone wants to create a PVP guild on horde?

I have always been a guild master of one of the best pvp guilds, BUT
I have kinda grown up and my time is limited, but to create something from nothing and make it stay that way takes the guild masters time and energy.
So what im looking for is some dedicated officers to start things off.
