    Ret paladins spell power

Heya, wondering, from where cames bonus healing for pregs/ rets? cuz its seems insane, 0 spell power items ( exept in some case 1h / shield ) but question is how does it has over 2,2- 2,4k spell power? i studied the talent tree and there literaly 1 talent wihich give spell power [Sheath of Light] but its not like huge, to boost it so hight, and 1 talent with just a healing effect [Divinity]. Asking becouse seems it need some kind of nerf, becouse for example in 2v2, full BiS hpal could heal less than actual preg pala. Secondly [The Art of War] there only 10% chance to proc it, but in other hand its became not 10 but like 70% non stop procs, out of any spell or auto attack. So question to GM > explain from where pregs/ rets has so much spell power boost and how does [The Art of War] talent became so deeply bugged with the procs itself. More over would like to hear about any future nerfs for it or not. Thanks, i will follow the topic for answers.

    1. Sheath of light is 30% SP out of Attack Power
    2. Preg spec usually use 1hand from LK ICC25hc which sums around 900 spell power

By calculations.... 2400 spell power comes like this:
    - 900 from weapon
    - 1500 difference is roughly 4500 attack power, also 2400 spell power is roughly 8000 attack power (both of these numbers are achievable with and without trinket procs)

Now, take a bis retri paladin, don`t use any weapon, and see if you have atleast 5k-6k attack power and there you have it....the spell power you mentioned.

Regarding bis hpala healing less than actual preg pala, it`s all about what chance retri is given to attack+proc instant heals.

    3. Where did you read Art of War is 10% proc chance? it is 100% when you critically strike, please read about the class you are trying to discuss before opening such topics.

The heal consistency of a preg pala comes from instant heal spam from Art of War procs and even more important...the ability of Sheath of Light heal over time to stack with itself, a mechanic that holy paladin does not have. Of course, this heal spam is achievable mostly if you manage to permanently attack a target, which in PvP is not always available.

In conclusion, get the theory right first, then try to debate... questions are always to be asked here, but not if you start with the wrong basics...
