Pandaria NPCs not visible. Alone in WoW!

Today I entered wow client and logged in as normal. Loading screen stucks on 95% of the bar. After minutes of waiting I enter the world completetly alone. Can't use any skills or do anything. It's like I have no connection. When I alt+f4 the situation doesn't change. I remove cache each time I try to fix it, but it changes nothing. Only after 15 minutes offline or more I can play normally. What's the issue. Am i alone with this or what? Please help!

it seems a connection problem to me, that is why your loading bar was stuck for several minutes at 95%
