Are there anyone around? And if so what faction?
It doesn't seem like it will be an issue finding one, but I'd rather find out before pulling the trigger on leveling.

I'm sure they'd have multiple reasons. You'll have to ask them on the particulars.
Anyways, I already looked around before hand and most NA guilds are listed as EST or nothing at all.
