i was looking for Vendor who has S4 set and i Couldnt find it -> Netherstorm,Shatarah,Dalaran,Tanaris,Stormwind,Isw el... i looked everywhere i could but just couldnt find.

So i have a question.

Is this Vendor in Game or not ?

And if he is not, then why ? And can you spawn him ?

You could try Tanaris arena vendors. That is a spot in wotlk I think it was available in.

Edit: Still took a lot of arena points in 3.3.5, wasn't for honor until Cata as far as I recall.

I dont mind Arena Points for that, but even in Tanaris is nothing......... Only Deadly....

either in Area 52 or in Tanaris. If they dont sell from that Vendors then its not in the Game.
