Faction change problem

Hello everyone,
I transferred my character to Horde, but I didn't find most of my items & all my gold.
Is this how it's supposed to be ?

After I sent a ticket to a gm.
His response: "Hello, unfortunately we are unable to assisst you with your issue as we do not refund or reimburse any items or currencies. "
Seriously ? I just transferred my character & did not find my money or items.
And in my account support, still no response.
If they won't give me back my ingame money & items, I will quit Warmane for good.
