Will we be able to make lvl1 toons right after the merge?

Let's say I have a toon in Ragnaros that I didn't save its name and that name on Deathwing wasn't saved too. So at the merge can a 3rd guy make lvl1 toon and get the name or it will be only 1 of the 2 original Rag/Dw original name holders?

As much as I would like the fresh realm start with coins refund, I highly doubt they will do that as they stressed on it being a merge.

I guess this "professional" staff can't even do stuff on time they say to players. Such as arena season ends, name reservation... I bet even realm merge will be delayed for few days if not week.

I think the best way for this merge is to do a Vote for any player to choose between a wipe or a merge. A wipe would be great and fun tho ... Just saying.
