27.4.2016 will be ulduar released, my ask is Emblem of Valor get reset???
- because soo many players think they get and bought wrist for sold.

logical is reset that, coz instant buy T8 gear is rly bad idea, like dont get reset arena points and get fast rating for weapon or something like that

jeez, you wont be able to buy t8 with valors. For t8 and respectable udluar level gear you need conquests not valors...

The 3.2 patch notes

Any dungeons that previously dropped [Emblems of Heroism] or [Valor], such as Naxxramas or Heroic Halls of Stone, will now drop [Emblems of Conquest] instead. Emblems of Conquest can still be converted to Valor or Heroism.

(http://wow.gamepedia.com/Patch_3.2.0#Dungeons_and_Raids) alone by themselves should be conclusive enough; it`s basically beyond any (reasonable) doubt that 3.2 was the 'big Emblem streamlining patch' where the now-seen system of top tier Emblems dropping from the current raid (ToC then ICC) and penultimate tier Emblems dropping from everything else had been initially established. Ulduar, which was current content during 3.1, did not feature that. It kept the classic Emblem distribution system from 3.0, except that Ulduar 25 introduced the new Emblem of Conquest, and Ulduar 10 became a new source for the Emblem of Valor.
