Some addons dont appear in the Addons menu ( ingame Esc menu->Interface->Addons)

Some addons dont appear in the Addons menu and I cant configure them:
Spartan UI
Forte
Xpearl

And another issue with Warmane Launcher : some addons cant be downloaded and installed through the launcher ( Spartan UI, QuestHelper)

All addons won't appear there. Only addons that have settings that are changed through that menu will appear there. I don't know about the other addons but Xperl settings can be accessed using its minimap button or by typing /xperl.

I downloaded some that were suppose to be for 3.3.5; but they don't seem to be showing up anywhere....?

nvm.. they were unzipped then the unzipps were locked from a folder in a folder...didn't notice it.
