If you buy a recustomization or faction change can you change the gender? From female to male ? Because a friend tried it some days ago and got "Cannot recustomize character" when he tried to change gender. Ty

Need to commend you for using the search function. That's almost a first. It's not too long since I did a character recustomisation and I had the same issue. I had a ticket going for a while, but somehow managed to fix the issue myself. I don't exactly remember how, though. If I find out, I'll get back to you immediately.
