    What they linked is a Weapon avaialble in Cataclysm so you need to equip it but blizzard in mop 5.2.0 added this http://www.wowhead.com/item=94604/burning-seed
    you can collect up to 5 of this item and it grants Cat form to be on flame for 60 min, persists through death.
    obviously is not available here, it is located into a closed Cata Raid
