Warglaive of Azzinoth (and other legendaries)

Hello, as title says, how can they be obtainable? I remember time ago there was a vendor "legendary npc" selling them for 2.2k rating or 2k 3v3, something like.
Now: I don't see the vendor but i see many people with glaives, so how they obtain them? Is there something i'm missing or are them totally removed from game and only old players can have them? I also checked donate store but nothing.

Can someone explain me what happened? :)

You can buy legendaries from the transmog NPC, if you have the rating & transmog token(15k honor).

illidian gave me Warglaive of azzinoth but i cant xmog this item on my rogue. can anyone explain how to xmog this item..

I met the lich king at the grocery and he gifted me a shadowmourne but i cant trasmo because im priest wtf'? fixxx bug!

For those who are interested, I made a patch for Red Warglaives. It's only 33kbs. Put it in you WoW/Data folder
(tested on enGB only, I don't know about enUs or other versions)
