I've played alot in retail as a DK and Feral. But i can't remember who was good in MoP. Thinking about a rogue or Warrior.

Rogue is awful!!...so weak...oh man!...don't go rogue..such low dmg...it heals more then does damage!

Not fire mages. No. Fire mages only for beginners lvl. The least skill capped. Roll arcane. People loves it

Warrior is a Warrior u know... always op and fun to play since vanilla. Muahaha
Rogue meh (good with prideful)
Feral - great (some ppl don't play it at its full potential as many many warrior players)
Wlock - great for cancer comps
Enh Sham okay...
Ele- great but hard
WW monk- 1v1 king good in 2s but u got random burst
Dk's- are okay
Mages- frost & fire both great but fire its more dynamic and fun.
Ret- O ****ng P support class haha (it has great great dmg during burst)
Balance great
Hunter- huntard...
Shadowpr- meh
As you see all DPS classes are great u just gotta pick the class that fits u the most and find fun to play with.

To be honest there is no best class for pvp. Every got some counter. Blizzard pretends to fight for 8 years with unbalance between classes.
