If you ever played retail back in the day during Vanilla, TBC, and WoTLK constant restarts and maintenance was pretty common after a patch, give it time and it'll even itself out. At least Warmane is working on things and trying to get it right versus leaving the game broken. So that's something to look forward to.

Warmane is preparing to rollout Legion thats why

It's most likely from releasing the Ulduar patch, they are maybe fixing a few things.
