Pandaria Question about this burning "visual effect" destruction has

Can anyone tell me what it is that makes destro locks look like they are burning? The reason I ask is that this effect is making it so I can't craft more than 1 item at a time. Every time it fades and then refreshes it sets the number of items I am crafting back to 1. This is a real pain as im a tailor and constantly needing to make bolts with many stacks of cloth. I am low lvl so I don't have dual talent yet, but I guess I will also make an affli spec and use that for when I craft. This just seems really stupid that it is like this., and am wondering if this visual effect is bugged and what exactly gives it to us.

Yes it's bugged like that.
Had the same problem.
There is a gminor glyph that removes visible flames, it's called .... I forgot. but it exists.
