Can't Access WoW MOP, getting error message

So I have been playing on Deathwing fine, and decided I wanted to play Mists of Pandaria. I have it all downloaded, but when I go to start the game, I get a weird error message. It says something about the data older not updating.... On previous private servers, they recommended deleting the cache or clearing the cache... Any advice? Really wanna make a Panda

Clear READ ONLY attribute of your wow.exe. Might help.

1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
