Wintergrasp commendation for Wintergrasp marks of honor

Hello, i've been searching about this and Knight Dameron / Stone Guard Mukar should be selling the Wintergrasp commendation (honor points token) for wintergrasp marks of honor as currency, besides stone keeper shards. However i cannot buy the commendation using the wintergrasp marks of honor, rendering them pretty useless.

Am I doing anything wrong, or is it to be reported in bug tracker?

Just found out this is already reported on BT, here https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/21559

that item was changed on retail. from 9 marks of honor to 30 stone keeper shards. they never existed both in the same time
