Hello i am currently playing on wotlk and cata but i would like to try out panads so i would like to ask about which classes are less bugged(talking more about tank/healer).And what is the current state of the pve.

Pandarens are good, most people go for monk. Sadly, you won't be able to pass 1 or 2 of the quest to leave zone without the aid of "The One-Shot Sensei" or a 90 boosted Pandaren. PVE is more of Horde's thing while PVP is more Alliance, they have PVE too, but they aren't always on compared to Horde PVE players. You can meet with these PVE Hordies at the shrine by training dummies, where they always congregate at.
