What happened to Hodir Quartermaster?

I know where he's supposed to be, but he isn't there.
I thought the server restart might bring him back but no, he's not there.

I saw him few days ago when I completed chain. Can't get enchant now.

I think I might have gotten "phased out" even tho I'm exalted. I still see the npcs in ice cubes. Not sure if thats how its supposed to be.


Standing in place where he's supposed to be, /target can't locate him.

Guess I'll wait for the merge and see how it is.

Ok i can deffo help you with this **** man. Fly to the middle high mountain where you had the killing the drake riders quest. The huge swede in the throne should have a quest for you to meet King Yrmgrlrm in Dun Niffelem. Solved it for me. Im sure you have the same ****. Cheers.
