eheh, nice question, when they have setted wrathful gear for free (July 2015) they disabled Arena flush, so there is no way to get Arena point.
They forget to adjust Mount and Tabard currencies so there is no way to get them since then.

they have 2 solution:
1. Re-enable Arena flush and increasing Mount and Tabard cost by x% (because we can't spend arena point on gear)

2. Convert Arena Point cost into Honor Point

but I doubt they would ever do any of those things anytime soon, they had 8 months to do it. So...
