Who we are:
We are a new guild,made by a core group of players that have been playing this game for ages.Our goal is to make progression,clear and farm ICC heroics and also having fun doing it.

What do we need:
We are curently recruiting only the marked specs and classes from our website.We want to have quaility over quantity,with a playerbase of less than 100 active players that knows the script.

Our requirements:
You need to pull enough DPS/HPS for heroic raids.Minimum GS is 5.6k with full gems and enchants.
One mandatory addon that you must have is Deadly Boss Mode(DBM) or any similar addon that tells you exactly what is happening during the encounter.It makes it easyer for everyone else to focus on what we have to do.Besides that,we use Raidcall software for communications in every raid.We dont invite to raid people that cant connect to Raidcall even though they know the script.
The last thing we require is that you must have 1 altchar to join the guild.Sometimes we need to switch on different chars for different bosses or maybe we want to do altruns.So it's important that you bring altchar.The altchar must have at least some icc10n gear with full gems and enchants.

Ingame Rulles:
After you join the guild you will have the " Trial " rank.You have 3 weeks to get promoted to another rank,else you will be removed from the guild.
For raiding,we use the Events tab from the website.You need to sign up for the raid.Only players that do that will get invited.Also,if you sign up for the raid and you don't show up at the raidtime,you will get a warning.Three warnings will go into a derank.
It is strictly prohibited to do 25 man/ hc raids with global.If you can't come to a planned raid because you have in real life tasks,you need to tell an officer that you can't come and he will allow you to go raid with global.
Don't argue via GuildChat with other players.You can whisper them,no one needs to hear fighting over guildchat.We can derank/guildkick for this.If it's something important,talk with an officer / guildmaster and he can help you manage things.
