WotLK Enhancement Shaman in wotlk pve

So I'm leveling shaman, I'm close to 80 now, and I've been hearing that no guild wants enha shaman in their raid setup, that they're close to useless? Is that true? I really enjoy the spec. Is it worth to spec enha?

Short version: Yes :)

Pros:
- if you know how to play with this spec your dps will be decent (not the best, not the worst, I would say avarege)
- your raid support skills are pretty good (best agi + str, AP %, BL/Heroism, melee attack speed, additional bonuses from various totems)
- better to have an enhancement shaman than no shaman at all in a raid

Cons:
- not that easy to master (this can be a pro as well if you enjoy the challenge ;) )
- it's pretty hard to get the right gear (many items with ArP - sub-optimal but not useless + hard to get decent weapons)
