Phase 1)
a) Spamming lacerate when 5 full stacks yields in less threat.
b) Instead spamming swipe+maul would benefit more and refresh lac when about to expire around 4-5 seconds.
c) Didnt used Barkskin at all while one of big cds for end of phase 1, if not wished to use surival+freenzied rejuv.

Phase 1.5)
a) No pre taunts on raging as they spawn.
b) Depending upon FF might one shot healer due to aggro.
c) No innervatate given to any healer right p1.5 started while there window to do it. (Standing their mind numbed)

Phase 2)
a) Charged to boss while should have waited for boss to come towards you, this way you can avoid infest+boss swing dmg at same time or one after another. More window for healer to heal.
b) Again should let boss come towards aka demo shout is more area of effect than boss swing aka time to put shout before its first swing hits.
c) Using Surival instinct on first reeaper is no go, makes no rotation of your barkskin+enrage+sindy trinket. So you would either need to swap on 3rd reeaepr or would ask for PS/Sac which could be avoided if cds were used properly.
d) Bad rotation on tanks, pala should have taken 1+2 reeaepr while druid takes rest than. This way pala could take first reeaper with sindy trinket and its own dsac and second reeaper with dprot. Again no proper rotation on tanks either.
e) After taking boss from pala, should have used minor cds for first tick and then asked for sac for second tick and onwards haste buff. You wont die as bear to first tick of reeaper. This way you provide more window for healers to heal the haste part after reeaper.
f) Forgot use armor pot in whole p2.

Phase 3)
a) Again no innervatate, instead of usin tranquil for unknown reason of healing.
b) One pre taunt in p3 on raging only, and you could see the result of no pre taunt on raging. The second raging spawn was dancing all of raid member.
c) Not fast dispells from prot pala on druid tank, which is only reasonable job of prot pala if not tanking ragiing.
d) Dsac after coming out of chamber should have avoided if cds were rotated properly and had barkskin ready.
e) Using surival+freenzied rejuv only with spirits coming on reeaper is not good option. You would take big chunk of damage, should have ask for that dsac on this reeaper with surival+freezied rejuv.
f) Using enrage to soak spirits is waste, sindy trinket can make the job done.
