I just got my 2 set tonight and tested it out on dummies. I must say it does seem very, very low, hardly even noticeable. Does anyone know what the actual % proc chance per tick is supposed to be?

the set bonus works properly. it's about a 5% dps upgrade, but it's main benefit is that it lets you be much more consistent.
in 3 minutes w/o the bonus i had 8 procs.
in 3 minutes w/ the bonus i had 12 procs.

Should be 2% proc chance.
