If you want a class that almost none plays, well I have to tell you that every classed is played there. But, if we come to the class talent specializations, then it's another story. There are some class specializations that are very uncommon. Some of these are, for example, Enhancement Shaman, Balance Druid or Beast Mastery Hunter. Keep in mind though that a class has 3 different specializations and in most cases only 2/3 of them are commonly played. The last one is generally more uncommon (For example an Affliction or Destruction Warlock is very commoner than a Demonology Warlock).
