LF Insane in The membrane Guide

As title says, im looking for an insane in the membrane guide, on icecrown. I know the tactics of retail server, but since i don't know what its bugged here or not im asking you what i need to do step by step to obtain the title.

Some reply maybe from someone who already took the title? I remember on retail you needed a rogue to farm 1000x heavy junkbox or something like..want to know if its the same here..and what is the correct reputation farm sequence to do.

I've succesfully done all but Darkmoon with the new core (while it was still ragnaros). So if there are no major bugs for the Darkmoon Fairy you can stick to retail wotlk guides :)
