I can see a board for roleplay discussion but no board for lore discussion. Would it be possible to create one if one doesn't already exist, or maybe there are already better sources for lore discussion that I'm unaware of, if so, could someone please direct me to a good site for lore discussion please?

It can go on "General discussion". There's no point in separate section for it.

We usually open a new subforum to discuss the current retail expansion for a while, but that's it. Lore can be discussed in General Section. If we were to see many requests for such board it would be a subforum of the General Section. You don't get bans for asking :P
