character sell

are there any requierements to sell characters here on the page ?? when i try to sell mine i get a msg not eligable .... any help ??

As far as I know, to sell characters you need to pay a fee (coins), specified in the Character Sale screen, and you need to have donated at least $10 (not sure about the last one).
