WotLK Cannot use my Wand or Staff!! (?)

Hi everybody!
I don't know why but I cannot use staff or wands to attack with their spells, it's really such a big problem, because of it I'm forced to waste all my mana, even by clicking on their icons or trying to type on my keyboard they still not warking!
I can only use my staff to perform auto-attacks but you can understand how unsusefull it can be for a priest!!
I've got this problem and I don't understand what to do about it, if there's something I can do to fix it I please you to tell me!
Can anybody tell me how can I contact any DM or something similar? :\

Your staff doesn't shoot anything out, so don't worry about that. Your wand on the other hand can - Push 'P' in game and the look for "shoot" or "wand" or something, that is what you press when you want to use your wand to "shoot" things.
