GM please help

I have a VIP Account within blackrock and now suddenly all my gear, transmog, achievements, title, inventory got wiped. The toons are left out with 9k hp . All the time, money I have invested in the last few years should not go in vain. Please restore and fix.

Maybe you should check the thread with "latest changes for blackrock" or something like that ... Arena Statistics/Titles/Gear/transmog items etc got wiped we are back to Rele starter gear and need to farm Wrathful gear... V.I.P got removed permanently / if you bought your transmog with coins they maybe gonna give you the coins back or something
