Realm que times still a thing?

Hi all,
I have taken a break from lordaeron for the last 3 months or so because of the population rise and the insane wait ques, what is the current situation on players and the player cap?

Population moved quite a bit to Icecrown, lordaeron is barely hitting queues anymore.

Pretty much the Icecrown realm made it so both realms hit around 10k(with Ice seeming to hit higher) so neither is that bad in terms of queue.
