Yes, mongoose can proc 2x and both procs will stack. The RNG gods have blessed me with a triple proc before, though all that did was refresh one of the two buffs.
Assassination doesn't get mutilate yet. You can play whatever you want, but it's pretty much sub > combat > assassination if you want to play optimally.
Sub has hemo, the most utility (imp stealth, imp sap, prep), and fastest combo point generation.
The mace is also 100% bis MH since it has the same weapon damage and stats as a level 49 or 50 weapon.

Basicly: double mongoose + bis mace + hemo spam = rip
Getting disarmed may make you regret not having a chain on your OH though.

Fel Iron Bombs. Net-O-Matic. Arcane Bombs if you like douchebaggery with consumables.
Green lenses, might get a Monkey one.

what about trinkets? the panther one?that helps see stealth

against disarm i can put it on the hammer of righteousness. if i fight a war/rogue i use it. otherwise the mallet.

Hi :) if you want to see a common gear setup and build, which i think is BiS (hence i use), come pst me on Lord alliance. Theres actually 4-5 twink rogues in <Primary Target> who can help you out. Find us in game and anyone would be happy to help!
