    Bug Quest Giver in Kharanos is not giving a quest

    Hi, the npc Ragnar Thunderbrew in Kharanos (Dun Morogh) is suposse to start the quest: Beer Basted Boar Ribs but he is not giving the quest :(

    You should learn cooking for this quest, then it will be okay
