So guys, lately I've been noticing that my damage has been resisted a lot. For example, when i do 12k Pyroblast on Ignis 25, 3.5k dmg gets resisted.. and thats okay(maybe?) I've been told due to him being all fire and maybe having fire resi aura or stuff like that.. But then I went to the dummy yest, and even dummy resisted damage like 1k from 8k hit.. and I'm like wtf?wth?why?..
So does anyone know why this happens? Is it due to spell penetration (or is it only for pvp) or smth like that? I'm really confused as I doubt (though i didn't ask) hunters, rogues, paladins and those guys, get their dmg resisted..

When I was leveling noticed that in Kolkar centaurs in Durotar ressisted like 60% of fire damage too, but havent any ressist aura on them.
