The prospect of Neltharion being merged with Warsong is highly unlikely (and a merger with MoP is even more unlikely), and that's not a real solution for any problem either. It might have a few minor short term benefits, but in the long-term, it would solve nothing.

Also, bashing on a staff member due to edited screenshots and taking things out of context is unacceptable. Posting that sort of material can and will result in your posting privileges being revoked.

Cataclysm will receive attention (and it has been, but not as much as some people would like obviously). Fixing the older expansion up to an acceptable level is of greater priority right now to us. Keep that in mind before thinking you are entitled to something.
