Hello, i'm a new player and I'm looking for a Warmane server to play.
I'm between the most two populated server here, which is Icecrown and Froswolf. But I cannot find anywhere the difference between those servers, like:
Rate
Restrictions
Features
Customizations
Etc.
I also would like to see your recommendations among which server is more suitable for each person. I mean, why Icecrown is way more populated? Does both server are in same Geographic location? Where the datacenter is? I wouldn't like to chose a server with high latency :s

Icecrown is wotlk and frostwolf is pandaria
Icecrown fast rates with everything released
Lordearon wotlk server with x1 rates, not all content released (can't say till where because I could not care less about PvE), so might be more enjoyable for those who like progression
