Warmane gonna release quest chain for " <Name> of the Black Harvest " title ?

Hello everyone :) I heard today in global peoples talking about warmane gonna release quest chain for " <Name> of the Black Harvest " title, so is it true ? if it's true when they gonna release it ? as I know it's only gainable for warlocks. Hope it will be :D cause I'm also lock :)

on retail the title was rewarded AFTER 6.0 came, not when you end the quest chain in 5.4.8
