Yes, it scales off spellpower. (main reason while disc stacks sp in pve)
My spell power increases, but in the spell text the amount it absorbs stays the same, is it normal ?
The tooltip description is unlikely to change its text imo. The absorbed amount should definitely increase the more sp you have tho. You could always test this by un-equiping everything you have and see if the text changes or testing how much your shield absorbs withouth and with gear on.
Downloaded a shield tracker, tested with inner fire, on and off and it does change value with more spell power. Expect the tooltip to change tho. Thanks Guys
