Technical Torch Juggling achievement bugged for me

Hi,

I've attempted to complete the Torch Juggling achievement for the summer event. However when I attempt to throw the torch in the air ontop of myself, rather than catch it and rethrow it just explodes. I've attempted doing this in different angles but just yield the same result.

This is not good as I have used around 30 torchs so far and soon wont be able to afford to purchase anymore for the event due to this bug.

This happens every time and it makes it impossible to complete.

Hopefully I can be reimbursed for this and for there to be a fix as I'd like to complete the achievement for the event

u do need to finish short questline in order to learn juggling...
