Killing Low Characters is so not cool

I wonder if Warmane could make some kind of bounty system through the website. It would be cool to be able to put a little bit of gold on someone's head. Maybe it could work like a collection and if more than one person puts a bounty on the same person the total would go up and make the bounty more appealing to bounty hunters. This would be good for lowbies who don't have a lot of gold so they could get a little revenge on their attackers. The person who kills the bounty target would be mailed the bounty gold minus a 10% fee (good gold sink). The bounty would also be non refundable to prevent any kind of abuse (like canceling the bounty just before someone delivers the killing blow to the target).
