Looking for a addon(or macro script)

Hello, I am playing on Blackrock (3.3.5b) Wrath Of The Lich King

And I'm looking for a addon/script that works both like Lose-Controll and Gladius Aura Tracking.
I want to see Offensive/Defensive/CC on portraits
Such as:
Paladin Wings
Cloak Of Shadows
Shadow Dance
Shield Wall
Recklessness
Anti Magic Shell
Bubble
Polymorph
Hex
Clone
Blind
etcetc - You know the drill.

If there is anyone with knowledge of a addon that works like this, it would be greatly appriciated!

PS: Not looking for complete UI's, only this function.

I don't know if this will work exactly as you want it to, I use a combination between < tidy plates > and < threat plates plugin > and < PlateBuffs >, they both are for the nameplates, I configured < threat plates plugin > to only show my debuffs and < PlateBuffs > to only show my buffs, but you can configure them both with white list or black lists so that they both show you exactly what you want.
