Hello, i just want to kniw some info about Frostwolf. For example: xp rate, what kind of server it is, creator have made some big changes to the pve or pvp etc.

First off, the Xp rates: currently x7 for Mobs/Quests xp, x7 for Professions and Reputations and 1x for Archaeology.
It is a Normal PvP/PvE server with Most of the Content working, Mists of Pandaria content that is, with some old dungeons here and there.
As for changes you asking about, there is none, the server is blizz-like.
