Add-Ons

I just downloaded the minimal client which included an Interface/AddOns folder with the basic Blizz UI listed. When I open this version, there is no button in the log-in screen with the AddOns. It's like it's not registering that it's a folder. I then upgraded to the 5.4.8 in hopes that the new version would then fix this issue. No luck.

TLDR; both the 5.4.2 and 5.4.8 versions are not displaying the AddOns on the character login screen

Is there any fix to this?

Client will not show the addon button if there are no addons (BlizzUI is not considered an addon)
