I have a question, i'm slowly gearing up my 70 twink on Lordaeron and i was wondering does Timed Event work on this server? I'm asking people who done Zul'Aman recently!
P.S. : i know that Amani War Bear is off limits in WoTLK, just need the gear to get me started

Timed event isnt supposed to work in WOTLK :)
It was removed in the pre-patch to WOTLK.

No. The timed event itself works and is supposed to work. What was removed in 3.0 was the Amani War Bear you got from the 4th chest, now replaced by the same rings you get from the 3rd chest. They left the event in WOTLK so twinks could run it for gear but they removed the mount since as a 100% drop it no longer would hold any status since ZA is a breeze as an 80.
I was in ZA recently, can confirm it is scripted on Warmane.
