WotLK [Blackrock pvp rshaman] Resistance totems

Yo!! I was wondering if resistance totems (i.e nature, frost and fire resistance totems) were worth using in some circumstances. I know that when i played on tlk 3-4 years ago, i put binds on both fire and frost totem, but i can't remember if they were actually usefull.

Yes they are useful.

Nature resistance totem is very useful against druids who don't hav 130 spellpen, same vs shamans, also frost resistance totem is useful against hunters to resist their traps.
