1. Critical Issue on Battle Ground Instances - Requires Immediate Development Patch

Stop terminating people's accounts because of your development issues - The Players are Clearly Taking Issue with it.

Unsuspecting individuals are having their stats bugged in battlegrounds, and this bug does not disappear in world or via porting or entering the arena. Many of these players eventually find out they have buffed stats, and are unsure if others have the same issue, and are unsure how to remove the stats, when the stats will remove themselves, and have opened tickets to GMs who have not answered them in a timely manner, and who have terminated these individuals accounts without validating this as a serious programming bug in battle ground instances or acknowledged that the responsibility on random bugs occurring in the environment, when they are mitigated or occur, is not at all on the part of the player, they have no data or knowledge as to what bugs are occurring, and are confused as to whether they can continue play, or must immediately attempt to reboot Wow.exe.

If I release a faulty patch that grants 10% of players double stats in a given battleground, and this persists in the arena and raid and world content, does Warmane expect players to sit idle as their GM ticket sits for three hours, to log off and cease play (for how long?) - are the players allowed to duel or discuss the issue?

It is absurd to note an obvious bug and merely respond by banning the players it is effecting, which is hundreds of players over the start of July apparently.

  2. Banning ppl is easier than fixing this and i guess its intended.
Banning ppl = even less population on this bugged realm, sooner or later they'll claim that the realm will die, they will close it , and you're forced to play the dead realm neltharion , or that 10 year old crap PvE game named wotlk, or quit alltogether. Enjoy getting obliterated there in mere seconds due to Op Pve gear.

  3. Do you really expect anyone to believe that people don't notice that their hunter character has double ammount of HP ? And that they are doing FAR FAR more damage than normal ? Having an open ticket stating that your character is bugged does not absolve you of exploiting the situation to your benefit at all.
It is even clearly stated that any sort of exploiting is strictly forbidden and that it will lead to account termination / suspension - so people have been warned, but apparently that is not enough for most it seems.

  4. While i do agree this needs a little bit more of attention, it can understand that it may be hard to figure out whats causing it... on another thread someone mentioned that it could be an old exploit that was possible to achive on ToT.... soo theres also no accurate info about what could be causing it and probably for the best because i bet many people would try to exploit this if it was known... for example that warrior that recently exploited this on arenas..... there was a thread about it few days ago..

But also Abrakatebra made a Fair point... and as somoene that spend most of his time on Bgs... i can tell you that theres always people inspecting the team on every bg so.. it is.. almost impossible that this just happens without being noticed.. even the player himself should be able to notice this.. and at that moment the best course of action is to get out, log out and hope it fixes itself with a relog.... and if it dosn't then yeah make a thicket then keep that character off untill some staff memeber takes a look at the character, but if this preson stays doing w/e is doing with said problem... then yeah it can be seen as exploit..

  5. Abrakatebra says pretty much what needs to be said.
It's in the Bug Tracker, it should get fixed; no one gets banned for the bug existing, but for continuing to make use of its benefits.
