This quest is the 9th quest in a questline of 10 quests. - 10th one giving pretty good items. Which is why I'm a bit sad if this doesn't work.
After clearing the whole area around the mana-bomb device I used it (with Final Code in inventory). Mana-bomb started doing some sounds, then dropped between its holders... and nothing followed. We tried this a total of 5 times with a party, nothing.
Is this supposed to be broken or am I doing something wrong?

Quest - The Final Code bugged?

After reading through a topic here ( http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....ight=mana+bomb - Outland - Terokkar Forest). I decided to give it one more go. Went through the whole ordeal of killing everyone on that field again... used the final code on the mana bomb. Came back to "Tooki" ( http://www.wowhead.com/npc=18447/tooki ), and the continue button is grayed out.
So by that information it seems that this quest is only available to Alliance?
For The Final Code - This quest works, kill npc, loot key, clear area around bomb, use bomb, and quest get finished, but it doesnt show so in quest book, you can go turn-in quest at Jenai Starwhisper, Terokkar Forest (57.01, 53.56)

This is no answer... this is being a smart-*** and instead of answering anything you are simply making an observation, which actually might not even be true (Hearsay from guild chat is that Loremaster can still be completed with other quests from the area).
So you can very well get off your high horse and start a conversation about this issue... or get real and answer a question.
